1 cup dill pickles finely chopped
1 cucumber seeded and finely chopped
1/2 cup of diced onion
1 red bell pepper diced
1 clove of garlic minced
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp jalapeno diced
1/3-1/2 cup pickle brine or juice
- Toss together pickles, cucumber, onion, bell pepper, garlic, salt, and jalapeno together.
- Pour pickle brine or juice over the mixture until desired consistency is achieved.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour to let flavors combine.
